Enhancing Results

Enterprise Architecture

The overall design and structure of your organization’s workflow and processes are heavily dependent on your information technology systems. Enterprise architecture (EA) is a discipline whereby we identify and implement proactive, enterprise-wide technical solutions to address disruptive forces to attain desired business outcomes. Product architecture works hand in glove with EA to guide the business side of the organization in identifying threats and opportunities which in turn drive product development which must be aligned with the technical architecture.

Due to the complexity in technology today and the sheer size of many organizations, its imperative that we develop and implement frameworks and processes, manage technical resources, and ensure that every system meets top-level security and performance metrics.

When working on a major plan for an enterprise client, we work with various stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, VPs, and others, in order to align the technology to the goals of that specific business. ASP benefits from decades of experience with IBM websphere, Sun Microsystems, Oracle, ATG, and many others, since our team has been implementing IT solutions for more than 30 years.

From security gateways to employee portals, cloud solutions, legacy system and data modernizations, data collection, analytics, and custom apps, we specialize in not just the architecture of the technology, but the project management, budgeting, resource allocation, and communication necessary to take the project from start to finish.

Technology Infrastructure

Due to technology advancing at a rapid pace, data security is a critical concern for private businesses and government organizations alike. Ensuring the security of daily systems requires a multi-layered strategy that includes both technical and operational controls. These solutions could include firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection, prevention systems, security audits, team member training programs, and utilizing secure government cloud environments. In addition, a comprehensive architecture for any business will include an incident plan for any potential breach, and ongoing testing to update security measures and stay ahead of potential threats.
